Ancient silver coin struck in 625 AD under the rule of king Khusro II. These coins were dated using the regnal system. You can locate the date by looking at the symbols on either side of the reverse next to the fire altar. This coin is in extremely immaculate condition and they do fetch a nice premium. These coins were struck in 90-95% silver and can even sometimes contain trace amounts of gold in them as their technique was never able to separate all the gold from the silver ore.
