Beautiful vintage German blown-glass Christmas ornament featuring an unusual double-sided molded design. One side depicts a charming child figure dressed in vivid cobalt blue with gold glitter accents. The reverse features a large blue flower with green leaves and a textured center. Both scenes are surrounded by an ornate raised molded border finished in a soft pearl-gold tone. The ornament retains its original-style metal cap and wire hanger, with the cap marked GERMANY. The deeply molded glass, hand-painted details, pearlescent finish and glitter embellishment give this piece a wonderful traditional German Christmas appearance.
