It keeps the same ergonomic, hand-filling handle shape, but swaps out the original scales for durable, injection-molded FRN, cutting the weight by about nine percent. The textured surface adds grip without sacrificing comfort, and inside, nested skeletonized steel liners maintain the knife's solid structure and support the Compression Lock®-a reliable, one-hand-friendly locking system. The blade is crafted from full-flat-ground CTS® BD1N stainless steel and comes in either a plain or fully serrated edge.
