**Sole Survivor** A twenty-slot elimination format. One banger card, nineteen EX cards, one winner. **How it works** Twenty cards are shuffled face-down and numbered 1 through 20. Bidding opens on the first slot. The winning bidder selects a number, and that card is revealed and awarded immediately. If the banger hasn't been drawn, the remaining nineteen cards are reshuffled and the next slot opens for bidding. The process repeats until the banger is claimed. **Why the later slots matter** The odds improve with every round. The opening slot carries a 1-in-20 chance. Once that card is gone, the next is 1-in-19, then 1-in-18, and so on. If the banger survives to the final slot, we do a final auction for the card outright. **Early entry is the cheapest way in. Later entry is the surest.** **What every buyer receives** One card per slot, awarded on reveal. Nineteen slots return an EX card; one returns the banger. All shuffles are performed live on stream.
