This elegant Edwardian-era vanity piece features a tall flared form with a scalloped base and pierced shaker top. It is decorated in soft purple and green tones with delicate raised gold accents. The underside bears the red R.S. Prussia star-and-wreath mark, associated with Reinhold Schlegelmilch porcelain from the early 20th century. The hollow body is filled through the large opening on the underside, which retains its cork stopper, while the perforated top allows talcum or dusting powder to be dispensed. Details: * Maker: R.S.
