Product Details

Vintage advertising booklet for Key Wonder Soap Leaves, produced by the Household Paper Products Company of Detroit, Michigan. This pocket-sized hygiene item contains thin paper leaves meant to be wetted and used as an individual bar of soap — exactly as instructed on the cover. Printed cover text (transcribed): "Key Wonder Soap Leaves — Wet Hands and Use One Leaf as a Bar of Soap — Household Paper Products Company, Detroit 32, Michigan." Dating evidence: the "Detroit 32" postal zone number on the cover places this piece in the 1943–1963 era, consistent with mid-century advertising giveaway ephemera. Format: small booklet with a textured green paper cover and blank tan soap-leaf pages inside, designed to fold closed. Condition: VG, vintage and used, with handwriting present on the back cover (see photos). Cover shows expected wear from age and handling.
