Snap closures up left side skirt and left side bust. Damaged - FL sleeve has a large hole and a hardened area. Darkening to silk at front skirt, bust and spotting at upper bust. Also some fuzz to the silk here. Silk trimming neckline has some wear/tear. Gray spotting at upper back left shoulder area. Small hole to front right shoulder near seam. Minor seam opening to FR underarm. Extra snaps at front waist hidden by extended panels and on back - I assume it originally had a fabric belt that snapped into place.
