Love the pleated gathers across midriff creating a fabulous draped swag! Gorgeous royal blue hue - I believe the velvet is rayon. Back metal zip closure. Labeled “Roaman’s Fifth Avenue”. Condition: Good overall. Minor yellow tint to 3rd pleated gather edge. Minor wear spot that looks just a tiny bit lightened. Upper back right back has tiny speckles - water staining? Hard to see depending on the lighting.
