This 1950s American Bisque ceramic cookie jar features a smiling teddy bear wearing aqua-blue rompers with a pink ruffled collar and oversized bow, holding a yellow flower-shaped cookie. Her head forms the removable lid, creating a functional two-piece jar with plenty of nostalgic mid-century character. Measures approximately 11 inches high; width and depth are estimated at 7½ by 7 inches. Unpacked weight is 4 pounds 15 ounces. Good vintage condition with glaze crazing, light surface wear, lid-contact wear and discoloration on the unglazed underside. No chips or cracks noted.
