Postmarked September 17, 1918 at the Camp Devens Branch, Ayer, Mass., with original 2¢ Washington stamp. Handwritten message from a soldier stationed at Camp Devens comments on conditions at the camp and the scene pictured on the card. Nice WWI military and postal-history piece.
