it's a 1960s blinking you miss it wheat penny with a d mint mark. that's got some doubling and lib and especially around the rim on the obverse and reverse there's also doubling in the 196 and the UST and trust. Id rate this coin although it would be a brown at Ms 63-64. it's even got some of its original luster and it doesn't have a lot of the blonde brown pudding that a lot of the coins from the 60s have seen. hmu4tbdotw
