Ribbons & Lace velvet vintage 80s dress made USA -- I can't read the size but when I look at a simplicty pattern size chart it looks like about girls size 12-14-- but go by measurements. Some stretch to this as it is a nice velvet with some flexibility. Perter pan back collar and Victorian lace front. Adorable for a festival or holiday or proper little girl.
