Product Details

The creative team for DC Comics - CHALLENGE #4 (published in February 1986) was: * Writer: Paul Levitz * Penciler: Gil Kane * Inker: Klaus Janson "DC Challenge" was a unique 12-issue limited series published by DC Comics from November 1985 to October 1986. The concept was a "round robin" experiment in storytelling, with a different creative team on each issue, and no consultation between them. Each writer received the script of the prior issue and had to continue the story, often with a seemingly impossible cliffhanger to challenge the next team. The tagline was famously "Can You Solve It Before We Do?" DC Comics - CHALLENGE #4 (released in February 1986) falls into this fascinating and often chaotic narrative experiment. Description of Events in Issue #4 ("Atomic Nights"): * The overall plot of "DC Challenge" was quite convoluted due to the nature of its creation. By issue #4, the story is deeply embedded in the various, often bizarre, plot threads laid down by previous teams.
