I took a 1970s charm could very well be a late 60s vintage medallion with dangles and put it on an 18 inch cord black. Because the chain was really bad the medallion like charm military, has blue/green Crystal like stones in it and hanging from it. Very nice piece. Also has avocado green enamel on it. Comes from a smoke-free environment.
