Vintage sturdy Avon Tassel Necklace is Gold tone, black and white. It measures in length about 19 inches long and has an extender chain. Rhinestones are in a pattern on the center medallion. Debut 2013 year. Was inspired by Paula Abdul hence the Avon Forever. They have hardly been out of their boxes. Just for showing.
