Grinch Fascinator Top Hat. Approx 7 inches tall and 6 inches wide. This fun piece consists of upcycled and newer pieces of the following: Grinch craft head, vegan leather Grinch print, ribbon, craft lei etc atop a purple Fascinator Top Hat. Two alligator clips are affixed to the hat. It’s lightweight and can be worn in a variety of ways. Please handle with care.
