The Royal Canadian Mint has issued the beautiful Lucky Dragon coin for several years now to attract investors to this beautiful design. A standard 1 oz silver blank, these coins have design elements that have been struck in high relief. A high relief strike includes using greater pressure in the coining press and striking the silver blank with a die multiple times to create a finished product that has greater visual depth. Highlights: Contains 1 troy oz of .9999 pure silver in BU condition. The face value of $5 (CAD) is fully backed by the Canadian government. On the obverse is Queen Elizabeth II. The reverse features a Chinese dragon in figure eight. High relief strike.
