The lunchbox has cracks at the top on either side of the latch, but it doesn't affect the function. The decal and all else is in nice shape, with a minimal amount of scratches for a used lunchbox. The Thermos is in REALLY nice shape. The colors and designs are bright and clear, and only noticeable problem is a brown spot near the bottom on one side. Thermos has it's cap and cup. As is.
