Product Details
A mane event in miniature 🍵🦁 This glossy brown lion, seated with regal flair and a stylized mane, was once tucked inside a box of Red Rose Tea—part of the beloved Wade Whimsies series crafted by George Wade & Son Ltd. in Staffordshire, England. Wade Ceramics began in the early 1800s, but the Whimsies line roared into popularity in the 1950s, offering miniature animals and characters with expressive detail and affordable charm to collectors across North America. Standing under 2" tall, it’s a tiny tribute to circus charm and British ceramic artistry. Pre-owned and in good vintage condition. With several available, slight variations in coloration may occur—each lion roars with its own unique charm. Perfect for curio cabinets, circus-themed bundles, or collectors who love a little roar with their tea (or coffee). Tea time with a circus lion—yes or yes? 🎪🍵
