Like new/good condition. Being silicone, it attracts dust and there is a tape mark (see photos) when I tried selling it at a garage sale. That's why I selected the condition I did. I'll clean it again before shipping! It's a light cyan/teal color with a cute blue and yellow dinosaur design. It features an adjustable neckband with 6 setting holes and a pocket to catch food/liquids. Water resistant and easy to clean! Smoke free, cat friendly home. Offers accepted. Thanks for looking!
