Blastoise - Base Set. Light Played. Some smudges/dirt on the front that can be very easily cleaned (figured that I'd let the buyer handle how they see fit). Outside of that there is a very slight crease on the left edge (center) but it's very hard to see on the pictures. (more noticeable from the back)
