A complete custom built Shalai and Halar Commander Deck. It comes with all 100 cards sleeved and will be ready to play the moment you get it. Shalai and Hallar - Flying, Vigilance 3/3 - Whenever one or more +1/+1 counters are put on a creature you control, Shalai and Hallar deals that much damage to target opponent. The goal of this deck is going to be to pump your creatures with +1/+1's, preferably Shalai and Hallar, and then burn and chip away at your opponents with Shalai and Hallar's ability as well as the pumped creatures you control. All cards in this deck were purchased at a lightly played or above level and are put together to provide as much synergy as possible with Shalai and Hallar's ability.
