in honor of the lunar new year of the snake i am offering my second art print { 濡女 } inspired by the Japanese yokai, nure-onna, which translates to “wet woman”. Nure-onna is depicted as a creature with the face of a beautiful woman and the body of a serpent. In many folk tales she appears by the sea or other large pools of water. Her intentions aren’t known but she is a powerful & dangerous being to stumble upon as she is known for using her sharp teeth and long tongue to feed on the blood of her victims.
