Product Details

Known as the “Nepal Bullet Paisa”, these coins were issued ten years after the end of WWII in 1955. Each 4 Paisa coin offered here was struck on rifle cartridge primers that were used by Nepal’s Gurkha soldiers during the war to fight off Imperial Japanese forces. They’re dated “2012” using the Nepalese Bikram sambat calendar, which represents 1955 A.D. A single Paisa coin presented in an envelope. You’ll give a gift with a heroic past!
