The shoe was released as part of an initiative supporting the Doernbecher Children's Hospital. The Blazer Mid 77 Doernbecher Ayman features a predominantly black upper with purple accents. The shoe's upper is made from leather and suede, which provide durability. The midsole features Nike's Zoom Air technology, providing enhanced cushioning and support for the feet in motion.
