Quite possibly the most Scarce of all 1996 Kobe Rookies graded PSA 9 or PSA 10 (less than 20 cards ever). Only 4 have ever been graded higher than this one (pop 4 PSA 10). Only 16 PSA 9s ever graded! This is considered a "condition sensitive" card because of the horrible chipping on the backs of most of them. This one might look a little better than some graded higher. This would be a great card to take to a show and get it reviewed by PSA because it has a shot at being reviewed into a PSA 10.
