Once package is dropped off to USPS, they are now responsible for ship time & the handling of contents in package. We do our very best to safely & securely pack all contents in the package but shall any issues occur to any of the items during transit, please notify me as well as filing a claim with USPS & WhatNot. I personally cannot take any action to remedy the issue once it’s in the possession of USPS except file a claim or check the tracking. Once package is received, please leave a 5 star review.
