Jenny's Diner was established in 2020 as fantasy coping mechanism for not being able to leave the house during the pandemic. The pictures of the perfectly plated home made meals were posted on Facebook and often confused for actual restaurant dishes. A tradition that continues today. The recipe sent to you will be randomly selected and most likely something Jenny made for dinner recently. Recipes are generally stylized versions of known dishes but made with ingredients that were on hand at the time or substitutions that made for a more exciting culinary experience. Examples include Salmon Chowder, Chicken Paprikash, Beef Tacos Birria, Green Beans in Red Curry Peanut Sauce and Chicken Riggies to name a few.
