Gorgeous sterling silver blooming flower fur clip. It’s signed Sterling in 2 places on the back. Pretty big about 3.25” tall. Unknown maker, weighs 14.46 grams. See pics. I ended up polishing this piece and some of the photos were taken before. Fur clips first gained popularity in the 1920s, a time when costume jewelry was becoming more prevalent. They were worn regularly until the 1950’s. They were a way for women to decorate their fur coats.
