There are no tag on this skirt at all, which makes me think it could be hand made! It is lined and the workmanship is impeccable! Beautiful embroidery with rhinestones along the side of the skirt give it a retro feel. Then the waist line has large red jewels that look like a belt around the front. It’s just amazing!! Please see photos for measurements. I would guess this is a size 4/6
