The last child and only boy in a family of six children, his parents passed away when he was still a child. An orphan at an early age, Tuakah had just his five sisters and a half brother to care for him. Pastor Whiangar returned to Liberia in the fall of 1986 to preach the gospel and plant churches. Through God's grace he and his beautiful wife, Ruth K. Whiangar, survived the Liberian civil war. The union is blessed with four awesome children; Tenizi, Tuakah, Tehmen, and Tamayn.
