This is a DEPOSIT FEE. It can range from $60-$150 depending on how intricate the painting is and if it's like a fine art/renaissance painting. I can make a rendition of any famous painting, book covers, album/song covers, and more. I also make custom ones. The lighthouse/Japanese Cherry Blossom one is my design I made from my head.
