Vintage 1950s NOIR FRINGE WIGGLE DRESS S small Incredible gem- Important noir fringe maxi wiggle dress. Measures: 34” bust 27” waist 39” hips REDUCED FROM $450 This vintage item is at least 75 years old. Heavy cotton interior, metal zipper, rayon fringe. Shows some wear on interior- and most of the fringe is in place but it is 75 years old and definitely been to some parties and had wear.
