Vintage or Antique Hat Pin Holder for vanity featuring beautiful teal blue, gold filigree and red-pink flowers 5" tall. Faded mark on bottom appears to have said "Austria" but I can't be certain Paint is worn in a couple places. Also has manufacturing flaw of clay "bumps"
