Vintage 80's French Peter Pan Collar Blouse Skirt Navy Two Piece Set This 80s does Edwardian / Victorian Era Blouse and skirt set is absolutely adorable. Beautiful deep navy color with a white crochet & lace bib neckline and button down front long sleeve top with tailored shoulder pads. The skirt has a thicker waistband (NOT elastic) and a zipper back closure.
