Estimated measurements: Calf circumference: 16” Shaft: 19” There is an elastic band at the top and side zippers for easy slip on. I have never cleaned these shoes myself or had them professionally cleaned, so they could use a good clean to make them more new looking. There is still a lot of life left in these! There is some scuffs and the leather needs a good cleaning and brushing.
