Item is brand new with or without tags but is listed as "with defects" due to it potentially having some tarnish on the silver. Sterling silver can tarnish when stored. As a jewellery seller these are being stored away between shows therefor can have some tarnishing. these usually come out with a silver polishing cloth. if item has a non sterling silver parts like a gemstone, please do not use any chemicals to treat the silver as it might damage the Gemstone or get it done by a professional (silver cloth usually does wonders if you want to keep your cost down). The gemstones are genuine. some are lab created but will be mentioned if shown in live. therefor please ask to see item before you buy ❤️
