This is a Lotus 1998 Whimsical Heart Shaped Cookie Plate, a vintage ceramic serving dish with a colorful, multi-patterned design. The plate features four distinct sections: one with light blue background and green hearts, one with orange and pink checkered pattern, one with green and red wavy lines, and one with purple background and yellow dots. It is approximately 9.5 inches long, 10 inches wide, and 1 inch deep. This plate is marked LOTUS 1998 on the back.
