New, handmade. We do our best to make our Kandi as clean and precise as possible, but there will be possible mistakes in stitching, glue residue, creases from fuse bead paper, etc. This particular set is very solidly made using thick stretch cord. I did notice a fiber from my sweater melted into the fuse beads and I also missed a fuse bead on the back of the necklace charm. Cuff is two pieces and rotates. Can be worn together or the middle cuff can be worn around the ankle.
