This is a vintage angel tree topper with a head and hands made of porcelain, dress made of fabric and lace, and a gold tone tinsel starburst on the back instead of wings. There is a plastic cone and lights underneath. It lights up and is in good working order. It is 9” tall, not counting the tinsel. There is a few small spots of brown at the edge of the dress on the back. Some of the tinsel is bent the wrong way. See photos.
