Rarest 1930s NOIR VELVET Lilli Ann peplum Jacket Medium 36" B 28" w Excellent vintage condition. Buttons pile is flat ( no i didnt steam her) but will perk up with steam. Liner is beautiful a tad lil fade in one small area, hardly noticeable imo. Definitely not when its worn. Fantastic size. Please ask any questions prior to bidding.
