True Victorian era, stamped 1888, solid sterling silver velvet purse in awesome condition. There’s 2 small fringed line section in the back but the front and the inside of the purse is impeccable considering it’s over 150 years old. The purse is about 8” from the clasp to the base, it can easily fit an iPhone pro max, keys and lipstick. This is one of a kind, handmade in the Victorian era. I’ve only seen a purse of this caliber in the MET museum in NY years ago. This is a museum quality purse.
