This is a vintage painting of a girl child holding a cornucopia sitting under a fruit tree, created by artist Georgann Etter Mckinney in approximately 1952. The painting is signed by the artist with a GF signature, and is framed in a wide width black and gold frame. It is on a canvas board and measures approximately 13 3/8 inches in height by 15 3/8 inches in width including frame. Without the frame, the measurements are approximately 7 1/2 inches in height by 9 1/2 inches in width. The style is described as "Child Art Age 9 1/2 Years Old." This is kind of a sad story. I found this item at an estate sale in Little Rock, Arkansas. On the back it has the artist name so I decided to Google it and it came back to the address of the estate sale that I was at. The artist is the lady that passed away. She was 82 years old when she passed, making this painting approximately 73 years old. On the back, it says that she was 9 1/2 years old and that she did this in art class..
