This calming essential oil blend contains the oils of black spruce, along with Adaptiv and Citrus Bliss blends, diluted in fractionated coconut oil. These oils quickly promote feelings of calm when smelled. Rub the oil blend on the palm of the hand, rub the hands together, then place them over the nose and take 6 deep breaths. This is wonderful for stress management and decreasing intense feelings or emotions.
