Up for sale is a vintage 1967 Ludwig Super-Sensitive 5x14 snare drum, featuring its original keystone badge (serial #560965) and iconic dual-sided strainer system with internal rod linkage. This drum delivers classic Ludwig sensitivity and crisp snare response, prized by collectors and players alike. This particular drum has been custom powder coated in a vibrant purple finish. The coating is mostly smooth and glossy with one section between two lugs showing noticeable orange peel texture (see photos for close-up). The rest of the finish is in great shape and presents very well.
