The product is a very rare and hard-to-find 7" vinyl record by the artist The Houseplants, released in 1988 on the Epic Records label. Titled "The Houseplants," this self-titled single features a mix of pop rock and rock 'n' roll genres at 33 RPM. The black vinyl record is a collectible item for fans of indie and demo music from the 1980s, highlighting the unique style and sound of The Houseplants. Record show some wear from normal play. See pictures for details. Not a collector and not familiar with the grading scale for records. These are not in mint condition, and have been in rotation. This is from my personal collection.
