Both Denver and Philadelphia mints are in original and temper-free plastic packaging. The Philadelphia mint is the one that has the error: it contains two Virginia quarters thus missing New Hampshire quarter. Please carefully review all pictures and do your due diligence to verify. The last picture shows the error coins. The Philadelphia mint should have included quarters from these five states: Massachusetts, Maryland, South Carolina, New Hampshire, and Virginia. Please do your due diligence and ask questions prior to purchase. You will receive two mint sets (10 coins per mint) as shown in pictures. Thank you for viewing!
