Tier pricing is based off of a number of factors including but not limited to Brand, Mold, Plastic Type, Plastic Condition. During the dye process the disc may be subject to bleeds, scratches, disc warping and fading over an extended period of time. Due to safe dye practices these events happen rarely but are a possibility. Since this is a custom dye there is absolutely no refunds no exceptions.
