This Steel RailRoad Plate was hand picked by me and my son at our favorite train yard. I restored the plate and custom Hand Painted the new rendition of Pennywise The Clown from the new version of the Horror Movie "IT". I used Acrylic Paint Markers as my medium. I painted this in the style of Urban Graffiti Art. The plate bas been triple clear coated to seal and protect the image permanently. Thanks for checking it out and i am available for custom work.
