It is a limited edition product with only 2,023 units made. The dispenser features a clock face design and a stem that says "HAPPY NEW YEAR!". It comes with three packs of PEZ candy. The item was sold out quickly due to its limited availability and is now retired. Comes New on card. Has been in storage, so there may be some minor wear to cardboard and/or dented bubble.
